Description
Boost your handstand skills, focusing on strength and balance. This class delves into free-balancing, press handstands, and incorporates drills aimed at enhancing core and shoulder strength. In the final 30 minutes, we focus on hand-to-hand balancing. Some prior gymnastics or handstand experience is beneficial, but all ability levels are encouraged to inquire about the class.
